Synopsis

This is a strange one. Filmmaker Zeb Haradon traveled to Utah to document the meetings of a group (or cult) of conspiracy theorists known as the Open Mind Forum. The members are convinced that a secret bill called the National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, or NESARA, was drafted under Clinton and later buried by Bush. The proposal would abolish the IRS, forgive personal debt, and overturn the Washington power structure. Add to that, the Forum believes that aliens and Jesus Christ are the ones who will one day put NESARA into action.
