One of the many benefits of becoming a Facets member is being able to customize your account and membership at any time. Simply login to your member account and change your deal to any plan, at any time,
through service status.

You can cancel your membership with Facets at any time. The cancellation will take effect once all your currently rented films have been returned.

To make your choice easier we've included helpful recommendations on what to watch and Movie reviews
by film critics and Facets members.
Create a list of 20 Movies you'd like to watch by adding them to your Queue and we’ll do the rest.
We'll send you your chosen Movies from your queue to your door, and notify you by email
when they are sent and received. Your Movies will usually arrive in the mail within 1-3 days. Postage is
free both ways.
You can keep the Movies for as long as you like, so you can watch them whenever you like.
There are no due dates, no late fees and no postage fees.
Return your watched Movies in the reply-paid envelopes provided and we'll send you the
next selection from your Queue.
