How do I get started?

Sign up through our new membership platform here. After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours with your log-in information. You can then log in to Facetsmovies.com, browse our movies, and make your selections.

Memberships

There are two payment options for your membership: $10 a month or $100 a year.

Each plan gives you up to three rentals at time. If you pick up your rentals in the store, there are no additional rentals charges at any time. If you want your rentals mailed, there will be a $6 shipping fee per package. Each package comes with a prepaid return shipping label. We will hold your rentals until there are 3 available to send.

If you want us to send fewer than 3 rather than hold, we will do so upon request by phone 773-281-9075 ext. 117 or email members@facets.org. The $6 charge is per shipment, regardless of the number of DVDs in that shipment. .

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership with Facets at any time. The cancellation will take effect once all your currently rented films have been returned. There are no cancellation fees

Create a list of 20 Movies you'd like to watch by adding them to your Queue and we’ll do the rest.

Receive Movies in your mailbox

We'll send you up to 3 films from your queue to your door at a time, and notify you by email when they are sent and received. Your movies will usually arrive in the mail within 1-3 business days. There will be a $6 surcharge for each shipment, and each shipment will come with a prepaid return shipping label.

Watch Movies

You can keep the Movies for as long as you like, so you can watch them whenever you like. There are no due dates or late fees. However, if you keep your films for a long period of time such as over 30 days, or there is large customer demand for a certain hard-to-replace title you are currently renting, you may receive a courtesy call or email reminding you to watch and return your rentals at your earliest convenience.

Return a Movie and receive another

Each shipment will come with a prepaid return shipping label. When you’re ready to return your films, you will need to affix this label to the return package. You can reuse the padded shipping mailer the films came in (use extra tape if the opening is torn), or supply your own packaging.

Watch Movies as long as you like

You can keep the Movies as long as you want. There are no late fees.
Return Movies and get more

Mail the Movie back using the prepaid envelope to receive another Movie from your list.
